REFUND

I pay my first premium on the 30th of May 2025, Dis-Chem Life double debited. I made an enquiry last week, they keep on saying my premiums are not showing on their side. Even yesterday I provided my bank statement, still they cannot assist. I want them now to cancel my policy and refund all my money, they are not compliant in terms of the FAIS Act.
