No feedback on physical assessment

In November the 18th i was asked to go to dischem mall of tembisa for dischem life physical assessment whereby everything was tested on my body and blood samples of three small bottles were taken to the lab. Till today i did not get any feedback after all that effort and my blood samples taken, i did not clear my day for that appointment only for them to ghost me. Kindly revert back to the clients because a lot goes into that physical assessment.
