Dischem life debits my account without me approving the insurance or the debicheck! *******.

I answered a call regarding Dischem life insureance. I asked for a day to review the contract and did not approve the debicheck for it. When they called me I told them that I had decided not to take the insurance... and now they are debiting my account. I do believe taking money out of your private bank account without permission is *****? Or theft? Must I go and talk to the Police or will YOU REFUND ME IN FULL BEFORE THE END OF THE WEEK as I am totaly fed up. Honesty goes both ways and you would not tolerate me treating you like this.
