Dis-chem Life forced me to cover my late mum
I recently took up funeral cover with Dis-chem life, unfortunately my mother passed away last month so I requested a call back a day after she passed to change my cover since I hadn't paid my 1st premium yet, nobody got back to me, I even walked into Dischem Pharmacy to ask for help only to be given a pamphlet and no assistance. Dis-chem life then debits me today like how do u cover someone who's already passed away?!! I'm so angry and emotional ðŸ˜

I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter urgently and take the necessary steps to rectify the situation. Please cancel my mother's cover and refund the amount that was debited in error with immediate effect!
I hope you will take immediate action to resolve this issue and provide better customer service in the future to consumers who do not know about your incompetence.
