Confirmation Message *Business Name:* *Rating:* 1 out of 5 *Review:* I took up a life policy insurance policy through Dischemlife.the consultant that assisted me was very professional and friendly.I was happy with his service. my problem started when I cancelled my policy. I cancelled my policy with immediate effect and instructed that no further deductions be made from my account. I even got confirmation that my policy is cancelled.money was still deducted from my account. Even on the cancellation E-mail I mentioned that my salary date is the 25th however I see that they start tracking my account from 20th of the month,which causes unnecessary bank charges for me. needless to say after the unauthorized debit order went through(the last premium)I send an E-mail to request a refund and even called the call centre to request a refund it's 3weeks later I'm still waiting for my refund.Dischemlife I need my refund! If I'm struggling this much for R480 refund,what about if my family had to claim?
