Bad Customer Service

Pharmacist assistant that was helping me yesterday was very rude (on medication ready for collection). And its not the first time they ill treated me. Dis chem Galleria is slowly becoming like the institutions we running away from. I guess they do not want to service us anymore. Imagine you tired after having a long day and you go to collect medication and someone disrespects you. There are ways to treat customers and being on retail as well that is no manner to talk to the customer mxm.
