I purchased a bag online in January

I purchased a bag online in January. I was not happy with the quality of a bag they sent me. I phoned them and they suggested that I sent it back to them which I did in February 2025. They said I should choose another bag I like which I did but they never sent it to me till this day. When I contact them they'll always say they sending it the following day and they end up not dispatching. They are full of lies. At one point they send me a dispatch ref no which is not valid. When I followed up with the courier company they claimed they used to courier,.. inwas told they never collected any order from Dirty leather. They are a very bad company to do business with.
