Dishonest and deceptive-No refund received
Placed an order on tbe 11th of April. Requested a refund after numerous empty promises to deliver the bag I ordered. Needless to say I have still not received any refund. It is the one excuse after the other. Will proceed with opening a police case. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

01 Dec 2025, 20:31After months of struggling to get my refund, I agreed to accept an alternative product just to finally resolve the matter. I received the bag today. It’s a pity the process was so frustrating, because the product itself is good quality. Hopefully their customer service improves from here on.
