A little slow but good-quality goods

I ordered a bag from Dirtyleather.co.za a few weeks ago. I received confirmation that my order had been received but heard nothing about my order being dispatched for several days afterward. I emailed to inquire and received a response from Kelly saying it would be dispatched a few days later. Although the dispatch took a day longer than promised, I did receive my bag in good order. The workmanship and leather quality is very good and overall I am happy with the bag. They just need to work on getting in-stock items out a bit faster and being more proactive about communication.
