Employer not paying over pension fund contribution

I need advice on the following matter. I resigned from Diro manganese on the 15th feb 2016. A monthly pension fund contribution was deducted from my salary as part of my cost to company (CTC). It was deducted but not paid over to the pension fund. I called the pension fund to confirm receipt of withdrawl claim and to check if it was paid up to date and they reported that last contribution received was june 2015. Can someone help me to investigate the matter. As on my statement from pension fund it shows that there are also charges on late payments so this affects me as my pension did not grow as it was supposed to. Please assist.
