Invoice versus Customer Care

Contacted by this company stating that their have a signed document from my company authorizing work to be done creating a website...website???? AFTER numerous calls Sophia called and explained that my website will be ready in two days, I asked who had signed it off, I was then forwarded a contract which stipulated that the partner had signed it. I asked who will maintain it as it is a new Company they offerd me a package which assisted my business in the international tourism industry.
