Your service sucks!!!!

I had to call in 3 times with no assistance. The first consultant put me on hold without telling me and ended up having her own conversation while I was on the line, I dropped and called back and spoke to Nicole Mckenzie and she transferred me to collections and collections put me back into the hunting line after answering and introducing the call. Your service is appalling! I need to make an arrangement as I got paid earlier this month and I would like for the installment to be debited but none of your consultants can assist be.
