Wrongfully deducted money
This morning I went on to direct axis pulse because the site claimed to do credit report for free, to my surprise a R499 notification came through on my cell phone from my bank telling me I made a purchase of R499 from direct axis.
I went through the terms and conditions of pulse and there was no where were it stated that I will be liable to R499, instead if claimed it was a free credit report. Neither did they ask for my bank details, yet they somehow managed to withdraw funds from me. To top it all of, I have never taken a loan from them.
I tried calling their helpline but all their call receivers keep transferring me to a 'customer care' line that never goes through. I am very angry
