Wrong billing and bad costumer services
I toke a loan with them last year ans on the 26 march i requested a settlement letter, which was sent to me after 10 hour. It was sent to me at 22h00 and the following day i settled the account, but yesterday (31 march) i received a statement from them but to my surprise iam still owing them. How because i was told that the settlement amount is valid for 5 days. Tried calling them but as soon give them my Id number they drop my call. This happened 4 times.
