Wow - really surprised by the lack of customer service

App**** for a consolidation loan, was told via SMS and phone call that I have been approved - sent in my documents as requested. When phoned back by the call centre agents the phone was put down in my ear mid conversation. Now I got an SMS to say I have suddenly not been approved anymore? A bit confusing to say the least as our conversation was never finished.

Really not impressed and not a happy customer at all.
