Worst service ever

I am one of existing direct axis customers I am very ****ed as I'm writing this review I phoned direct axis call center to make payment arrangement the lay by the name Kedibone kept on complaining while she was still verifying the info from the system and she kept on saying she doesn't even know where to start to help me. And she asked for my number saying she is going to ask call centre agents to help me. I'm disgusted by this kind of behavior . Direct axis must train their employees on how to treat customers and do what they get paid for.
