Worst service ever

Hi , STOP, don’t even think of dealing with this company , I have made a payment on the 12th of April 2022, been calling daily to check if funds reflected, sent pop, call center is insanely hopeless, to avoid answers easily transfer you another department while still talking , I am awaiting a refund , 2 weeks later they still havnt received the funds after mailing the pop , max should be 2 days to reflect but it’s been 2 wee,
