Worst service ever!!!

Wanted to take out a loan. I Was approved. So I had to send all my documents so when I did had to get a afidavid filled out witch I did and got a commission of oath to sign in. Now they need more things from me. Every time I send something they need something else. Very poor communication and steps witch I have yo follow. And must be the worst service I have ever heard of and witch I received. Am I going to be helped or should I take out a loan from a different company?
