WORST SERVICE
I have requested in the beginning of March 2020 a paid up letter for my account with them as my account were settled in 2016 and I've never received a paid up letter. Until date I have not received the requested letter and every time I phone them they promise that they will sent the letter. I will never recommend DirectAxis as they never do as they promise.
