Worst serves ever.

I got a settlement amount on my account and paid it in 2 payments. Then they still took the debit order from my account. I phoned them and they could not hear me so I phoned again. They asked me to send the proof of payments but the lady can see the payments on my account. I done that and then they offer me more money. They send me an email back to rate the serves of the consultant. Nobody has phoned me or let me know about the money they now owe me. I have to pay bills and just nothing. Phoning them does not help at all. I asked for the account to be closed and to pay my money back to me. The worst serves ever.
