Worst of the worst

I have been waiting since the 5th of December for a settlement letter. I have emailed you numerous times. In the mean time another debit order has gone off....I dont know how it helps us by going off earlier in December, but anyway....17 days later and I am still waiting for the respinse that shouldve happened within 24hrs as per your automated reponse.

This is a disgrace of a company and I wont recommend them to anyone. The reviews on this site alone says a lot.

Send me my settlement letter, here is my Auto Response [<AR***>] {***6}. Your customer care inbox will be full of my emails.
