Worst financial provider that exist !
Hi lodge a omplaint against Direct Axis on your platform- I contacted them hundreds of times and they only promise that a team leader will get back to me before 48 hours but it never happens!!!!!

26 Jul 2022, 15:57Direct Axis reply is unsatisfactory- I had 3 Loans under same umbrella and settled 2. My question remains : How is it possible that this Account running now for 7.5 years already. Borrowed 19600 and something. Paid them was handed over to Sigma Debt Collectirs for unknown amount. Which I paid R1000 for years to Sigma and never got a statement. I mean, now another Debt Collector and Dorect Access referring to a settled a count not the one they claim now I owe More than R30 thousand Rand after years and I received on this remaining account only an amount under R20 thousand rand. How is it even possible to begin with!!!!!! ????? Question : what happened to all the years I ve been paying A R1000 per month to their chosen debt collector? Now owing more than R10 thousand more than the initial amount borrowed in April 2015????
Do not sent me **** statements that is impossible even to open and you stand your ground that I still owe Dieect Axis more than R30 thousand rand??? Your officials promise that a Team Leader will contact me which never happened. You are just brushing me off and think That the matter will dissappear? Or I will dissappear and just keep in paying coz you will black list me????
