Worst Experience Ever, Ruined Credit Score even though I have been approved for Covid relief.

So my new credit report was released today and still my missed payments despite being approved for Covid19 relief in May 2020 has still not been corrected. My credit score now have been dropped by 80 points as a direct result of just direct axis. The covid relief fnb loan has now been added to my report, but I am still being flagged as a bad/ missed payer for May, June and July. The private replies are full of promises, but no follow through. No updates. No resolves. I am livid and will not recommend anyone using direct axis. Can I get feedback PLEASE? See my 2 previous review.

Your call center agents are rediculous. Just this morning I have phoned 8 (10:45, 10:47, 10:50, 10:57, 10:58, 11:06, 11:10, 11:13) times speaking to Jason, Thumali, Thando, Wendy, Liziel, Nono and Wendy again. Being transfered while you are explaining the situation and then the phone gets dropped. No one knows who the correct department is to help resolve this matter. This was 8 times, all calls dropped by DirectAxis agents. How are we suppose to resolve this and contact you if this is how you are treated?

It should not have been flagged as missed payments to start with. And because of this delay my credit has been negatively impacted. I need to apply for a new lease agreement and am ashamed to send them my details to do the credit check. DirectAxis ruined my credit score and this could be main reason I get rejected from my new lease. I have spend hundreds of rands in airtime to try and resolve this matter, spending hours on the phone talking to multiple of your rude agents that either drop the phone when they hear it's a Covid19 cashflow relief issue or they transfer you while you are still talking just so the phone can be picked up by whatever department they deemed fit, to hear the people on the other side and as soon as you say hello hello hello the phone gets dropped. If you talk about this to your agents they say their lines are faulty. Should this not be fixed as this is the experience myself and many of your clients have had for months. An apology is just not enough for what you have done. Fix it. And keep your word to update.
