WORST CUTOMER SERVICE!!!
After my first Hello Peter review of the ultimate WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD!! we still sit with a loan that was settled in Jan 2021 but still not closed, only one debit order amount was refunded, still awaiting our other debit order to be refunded and Account still not sorted out, I honestly can't believe that Direct axis is still in business with such bad customer service,
