WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

Absolutely flippen shocking service from this company!!! Well... actually not... because to complain about service you actually need someone or something to complain about at the company. I have been trying to reach someone in this company since the end of last month and up to date the only email I got was from their pre-legal department a week ago and funny enough it is about the issue that I am trying to resolve and also when I rep**** to them asking for any form of assistance all communication all of a sudden broke down. I've sent emails everyday, I live in China so phoning is out of the question, where I email their customer service and collections (pre-legal) department to see if I can resolve this issue but no one and I mean no one from their two departments are getting back to me. If I knew about this absolutely horrific customer service and way of doing business I would of never even considered this company in the first place.
