Worst Credit Provider

I'm absolutely appalled by the service received from Direct Axis. I have settled my account but six months later I am still fighting for my credit with them alone. What kind of credit provider offers a settlement amount, then once settled sends a settlement acknowledgement letter and then does not update client records with the credit bureau and then demands more money.. Their creditibilty as a financial service provider is really questionable as they are more in it for charging interest than actually following the rules and regulations of FICA and NCR.
