WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!!

I am still waiting for my issue to be resolved, This cmpany have the worst customer service ever.

If i could i would rate them a zero, I will never use them again, I will rather use AFRICAN BANK

They must stop pretending to care in actual fact they do not care at all.

Here is my Query that was never resolved since today

I would give this company none stars if i could, I have a Directaxis loan for * years now, I app**** for a additional loan on my loan , It was approved and all, Then i get a call to say that they declined the order because me and my fiance is sharing one bank account, My debit orders are going off on this account for the past year already , I have never skipped one payment nothing, Then you get this kind of serive, This is terrable service, Approved then declined really, I would not have app**** for a loan if it was not neccesarry, But i need that money for personal reasons, This is really rediculous!!!!!
