Worse service and terrible company to do business with !!!!!!!!!!!!! Stay Away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had an account with Direct Axis, due to COVID etc I fell behind on my payments, structed a payment plan with them but guess what, I was handed over, still continued making payments no matter what as agreed upon. I called the call centre and legal department, 4 times today, used R250 airtime and no one can answer any of my questions, I get a call from the MD group or something telling me I need to pay as I have not paid in months but up until last month I have been paying this account. When I call Direcgt Axis to find out about this I am told that my account is with Norman Attorneys, I call them and they tell me that the account was recalled on the 18/07/2022 at 8:08 in the morning yet Direct Axis has no knowledge of this yet they asked for it ... now we are nearing the end of the month no one can give me an answer and no one knows where the account is sitting but they quick to hand you over but to who? I really dont know so I am very confused, not even a team leader in legal has time to speak to me.. so now I must pay shady people that Direct Axis just hands accounts over too and not know if they are legal companies or not ... i was under the impression that a client is still a client if they have an open account, but now it seems that Direct Axis has their own set of rules that they follow outside the norm and that people can just pay money they dont have to anyone and everyone ... You are really looking like a mickey mouse company in my eyes the way you are carrying on, update your systems since you want to move accounts from reputable attorneys to loan sharks and train your staff to deal with people while you are at it, I even asked the lady to update my personal information, what did she do, just transfer me, I think the idea is to either keep you on hold long enough so you disconnect or transfer you so you dont get help, either way I dont know who to pay month end and then Direct Axis will want to phone 30 times for their money so I just give up !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Worse company ever, a warning to NEVER take loans with them otherwise you will sit with a headache for the rest of your life, rather go with reputable people like the banks that are willing to help and assist and accept payment plans!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Anyone if anyone is interested in telling me who I must pay month end then feel free to contact me unless you really dont want the money!!!!!!
