why invite me to reject me

I run my little taxi business and it deals wth cash . I deposit my cash into my Fnb account regularly. I opened my business on my own savings and hv never app**** for any loans ! And then i started getting these persistant smses inviting me to apply fo a loans. Brushed it aside fo some coz i hate all the ted tape involved. However as more smses came i got enticed.and app****. And got rejected coz \i deal in cash". Why invite me in the first place ? Where ever u got my number "
