Why are you doing this to me?
<p>I had 3 loans with DirectAxis and last year I settled all of them through Sanclare last year March 2016. My credit record was updated. Then BOOOM. this year again in March, I am listed again as a bad payer, my credit record has gone to "RED". for something that is fully paid. Am I indebted to DirectAxis till the day I die? Why are you doing this to me? Why do you enjoy making my life miserable? I need answers. And I need my credit record cleared ASAP. Please!</p>

Till today, nobody has bothered to contact me. Im still listed as a bad payer. My credit record is still red. This is how they deal with their customers. You settle your accounts. They punish you.
