Why am I being declined?

I had a loan with call direct, settling it with 4 months. I had an unexpected emergency and call to reapply as I see myself as a good customer! Only to be told sorry application declined with no reason given, and told to reapply in 6 monts! I had a look at my latest credit report and can find no reason for the decline. Very disappointed with the service and capabilitiesof the call centre. I regard call direct the best loan provider and have used them time and again. I would like some feedback as to why I am being declined
