Where is my Refund and close my account immediately!
I'm so disappointed in the service I received from Direct Axis. My Loan was settled with them last Tuesday but there was an over-payment done so I need a refund. I have sent them the proof of payment as they require it (I needed to ask them what the procedure was mind you). Sent it to them and have heard nothing since. This is terrible service.

04 Sept 2019, 13:45Its been more than 24 hours since I posted my review and I'm still waiting for a call or something? Is this immediately??? When money is owed calls get made very quickly but when refunds are due then you ghost your customers!!! SHOCKING TO SAY THE LEAST!!!!

Its been more than 24 hours since I posted my review and I'm still waiting for a call or something? Is this immediately??? When money is owed calls get made very quickly but when refunds are due then you ghost your customers!!! SHOCKING TO SAY THE LEAST!!!!
