What a bunch of ******

In November 2017 i recieved a call from a chap named Sisonke who offered to sell me a loan. I myself said to him that i would consider it , if it was posible to repay half of the loan in january and get my instalment reduced. He assured me that it was def posible and we proceeded with the loan aplication. Fast forward a month an i call direct axis to make arangements to do my payment and find out my new instalment. The consultant on the other side is taken aback by my reqeust! Ntombothando tells me that , that is not posible and that i could make a payment but it wil only change the time not the instalment. So i explain my problem and that this was part of my original contract, they tell me that they wil send my query for revie and that i should recieve an email within 7-14 working days. I wait for 20 days and recieve nothing!!!!! Phone again mid january i speak to Tandeka, ask her why i never recieved any correspondence, she tells me there is no record of a call in december, funny when i spoke a supervisor today she found record of calls and names, but no recordings. Guess the only keep the ones they think is inportant and not all like they say. Back to my story, i the ask her to send me the recordings and she assures me that i wil recieve them in 7-14 working days. And that she wil escalate this matter for immediate atention!!! Hahaha! Not one call, not one email, not a text or a watsapp for one and a half months. Today i spoke to wendy, she was helpfull but still could not tell me wats going on! She sees a query on my account but no one has cared to investigate. Meanwhile im stuck with an instalment thats to high, and money in my acount that is getting less and less cause i cant make my bulk payment until this is resolved
