Wesbank stupidity

Im not sure how this company issues loans to people over the phone they give you loans without confirming your details and identity you dont sign a contract or they dont confirm if you app**** for the loan however they debit you every month call and send you sms for there ignorance and stupidity i think they should be liquidated as when you phone them they like it was done over the phone like really how do you finalise things over a phone call this is utter stupidity and secondly how do they give people loans that over indebted please assist in sorting this out.I have not app**** for the loan at all.
