Wesbank Cashpower - What a joke !

Browsing on the internet 2 weeks back and I came across Wesbank Cashpower. Completed the form and submitted the application. Not sure if we can call it an application because it states you can apply online or via telephone but the online application only consists of personal details and nothing else so that is false. Nevertheless, I was contacted twice upon which my wife answered and indicated that i work in a server room so they should call back after 4. Eventually someone called just to tell me that s a consultant will contact me to complete my application. I mean seriously, why couldn't she complete it! After that I received 2 more calls indicating that a consultant would call me to complete my application. What a load of nonsense is this?????????!!!!!!!!!!! So two weeks has gone by and nothing! I have called in 3 times and am placed on hold for a ridiculous amount of time. This is not how you treat customers. So now i am requesting a FULL application so that I can complete it and send it back as I refuse to speak to anyone again as I have now been given the run around way too much! I work in a server room so am available after 4 otherwise my wife will complete the application but dont say you can complete it online hassle free and then you still need to struggle over the phone!
