Wendy James #SUPERSERVICE
I reviewed Direct Axis previously and gave it a poor rating. The service was not the greatest. This review/ compliment is for a specific individual within the organization: Wendy James. Wendy was very helpful. She called me continuously until my query was resolved. She called me at 8pm one evening, just to reassure me that my issue had been escalated accordingly. I appreciate her service so much!
