Website vs Call Centre

<p>This is not necessarily a complaint. More like confirmation. On your website it says you offer consolidation loans however when I called your call centre, I spoke to Nthombi and she advised you only offer Personal loans. I then agreed with a personal loan of which she app****. I have been advised to wait 24 hours for confirmation whether I qualify for anything. I want to know now why your website is not in line with your call centre information. I would really rather prefer a conolidation loan and only have one loan to pay back. Please advise whether you do offer consolidation loans or not. If so, would it be possible to change my application from a personal loan to a consolidation loan rather?</p> <p> </p> <p>Kind Regards</p> <p>S</p>
