Waste of time! Don’t bother! Useless staff!

I app**** for a personal loan through MyLoans.co.za last week and went through all the questions etc for the loan amount. I received a pre-loan letter on the 25th October (Wednesday) which I reviewed agreed to to terms and then got a link which took me to an online approval, which I ticked and submitted through the loan dashboard.

On Thursday I indicated numerous times for an agent to please contact me via your WhatsApp message - No phone call!

I received a call on Friday morning & afternoon to approve the push notification via the FNB banking app for the De*****eck mandate - in both cases the notification never came through giving the agent an error on your side, both times it was escalated to your IT department.

On Saturday the same thing happened again with another two different agent and again same issue, both times it was escalated to your IT department.

Fast forward to Monday, I once again receive a message to review the discussed loan agreement online which I again completed on line. I have did not receive a call at all on Monday from anyone at your offices. I indicated numerous times for an agent to please contact me via your WhatsApp message.

I am still waiting on resolve from your side for the De*****eck mandate and we are now heading towards Tuesday the 1st October 2024.How does it take 5 working days and I am still waiting for answers and for the payout of the loan amount requested!!!

Never received any money & still waiting on someone to call me back!!! Don’t waste your time because no one seems to care!!!!
