Was on Debt Review, cannot get Overpaid money back

After numerous emails to the email address of the debt review section at Direct Axis (i can provide email trail) where i was informed that i have finished my loan (through debt review) and that i have overpaid, yet i cannot get them to pay the money back. I am not at the PDA anymore (that was my last debt) and i have provided proof from the debt counsellor, plus the debt counsellors email to the person. They asked me for bank details and i supp****. When i asked for feedback they asked me once again for the PDA's number so they can pay it there. And so i go in circles and circles. Can someone help me before i visit the ombudsman please.
