waiting for refund

I have been trying to get in touch with Direct Axis but all the numbers on given the website does not work. I had a credit life claim on my loan which was paid I now have a credit on my account and Direct axis does not want to pay it back to me. I whatsapped them as per their website but got a very rude response, very unpreoffessional to ask for my id no over whatsapp. with all the **** and ***** emails received using direct axis email address.
