Waiting for my Refund

I am so disappointed and disgusted with the service from Directaxis ,I settled my account in Decmber the 2nd but still debited in January.

I have been trying to get my refund from the 3rd of Jan and was advised ,the funds would be deposited back in my account by the 6th. We now sitting on the 9th and my money is still to be seen.

The call centre is one of the poorest I have dealt with,with bad line ,service centre picking up the call and been put on hold for 20mins and to be transferred to the next person then to the next and so forth....

I am also owed money by Sanlam which goes to the same call centre.

Please get back to me asap.
