waiting for loan settlement figures for 2weeks

I have a secure loan with direct axis from 2013 I want to settle my account and I have been calling several times and at 1st no one could assist and I told someone will call me back until I called and spoken to Nadia and theo who promised to email me settlement figure on Monday 10th January. I called to follow up Clint says I should wait.....can someone tell me who will will paying the interest cause of their *********** services...and yes I do not agree with the figure given I am talking the matter further and I need they response .....ca someone do u job it's enough
