Waiting for 30 minutes for someone to answer the c

i have been trying to get hold of Direct Axis for the last week. i either have to hold for more than 30 minutes and still cant get hold of someone or i send email and nobody responds to the email. the i have them call me and they dont say anything. if they can at least reply to my email so that i know what is happening
