Waiting 3 days with no valuable feedback and no one knows what is going on

<p>On Sunday I app**** for a loan , I sent through all my documents for processing , I received an sms to say my loan is approved , no one bothered to contact me after that , when I call in I get put straight through the documents department who I have wasted all my minutes and airtime on them !!!!!!! And still no feedback ! When I got through to customer care a girl by the name of Keisha told me that my application is waiting to be banked , when I called again to follow up a girl by the name of Stacey said that they are verifying my income , then I called again and spoke to an unhelpful guy named Matthew who said they are verifying my docs ! What is going on there ? On all occasions I mentioned this is urgent but I have no help whatsoever!!!!! I want someone to contact me asap! </p>
