Very unprofessional from Dialdirect(Rcs)

Just before lockdown I took out a loan from dialdirect. After 2 months I was retrenched and could obviously not commit to my payment. I then start receiving numerous calls, sometimes twice a month. This was after I told them I was retrenched and would be sending all relivant documents to the insurance cover that's on loan agreement. For months they kept on phoning (harassing me)asking same question, when will I rectify outstanding payments. The insurance cover eventually mailed me on the 28th off September saying everything should be processed in 2 to 3 weeks. Nothing! 2 weeks ago they send me sms saying they can't get hold off me via phone to clarify documents that I've send. I mailed them again, saying they can email me any questions or info, Still nothing. In meantime they have handed me over to a attorney. I mean is there no communication between collection agents and insurance cover? Did they not see we are still waiting for insurance cover to eventually respond?! Very very unprofessional.

I'm trying to understand why I've been handed over to a attorney, if we are still waiting for claims department to their job? This is very very unprofessional. The attorney keep on phoning me, demanding payment arrangements. Rcs very very unprofessional!

Still I'm being harassed be Rcs collection department and still their claims department is giving me the runaround. They expect you to pay arrears, but claims department have since 28/09/2020 after responding that they have received all relivant documents, not lifted a finger. But it was okay for them to hand me over! Explain to me how this works? You trying to ditch the insurance claim is basically all that's happening here. Would never recomend dealing with Rcs.
