VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVE FROM DIRECTAXIS

This morning I received a sms and it stated my account was approved, Then all of a sudden I received a message to say it was not approved.

This is really bad service, I mean I am using my fiance's account where my salary goes in for the past 2 to 3 years, Directaxis does not mind using it to take the debit order , But now all of a sudden it is a problem to get the additional loan from you because the account is a 3rd party account.

It is very disappointing because I am a good paying customer even trhough lockdown I paid my account on the date it is supposed to go off.

I am so sick of fighting with this company and would not even rate them one star.

If someone ask me where they can get a loan I will not tell them to use Direct Axis, I would suggest they rather use someone who will be willing to assist them no matther what.

Hello Talita,  Thanks for reaching out to us.  We are sorry that you feel this way about our company. It is a requirement to present a bank account that is in your name when applying for credit. We can only assist if the account in question is under your spouse's name.  We will arrange for someone from our support teams to give you a call to clear things up. Team DirectAxis

I do have my own bank account capitec, But my salary does not go in there, I can not see what the problem is because my debit goes of on the other account, You are more that welcome to use my Capitec account and I can just transfer the amount to the capitec for the debit order to go off

Good My bank account was updated on your system and is in my name now, The debit orders will go off from my Own bank account where my salary will be going in, Now I can not see any further problems with getting and additional loan which I am fighting for since last week.

Hopefully now someone will be able to assist me and get the underwriters to approve the loan.
