Very rude collections woman making snide comments

Please listen to the phone call that I have just had with your collections department at 10:50. This woman on the phone did not care about my circumstances and was very rude and sarcastic with me when I explained that I am trying to find a job to pay my bills. I asked her to send me your bank account details so that I can try to make a payment but she make sarcastic remarks and got snide with me. I have still not received your banking details. I told her about how I have tried in vain to reach you to make a payment arrangement but nobody answers the phone nor my emails.
