Very dissapointed client

Hi, To whom it may concern I am still getting no joy in terms of my refund with Directaxis, Ive recently dealt with a Manager Juan and he never gets back to clients as promised, is it that difficult to resolve an issue with Directaxis. If your calls are being recorded, please listen to all my calls and whats been discussed. I am totally dissapointed that i can not get anyone including a manager that can assist.
