Very disappointing!!
<p>I've had such good service in the past that I'm feeling so let down at the moment. So many promises made after my loan was approved and accepted a week ago. Documents were sent through and linked and I have been promised a phone call 3 times now with no result. Yesterday I eventuall chatted to a nice gentleman who assured me that everything was complete and that someone would call me later in the afternoon to let me know when my money would be transferred. Still waiting and waiting and waiting!!! Ive tried calling and left that music playing for nearly 3 hours without a n answer. Someone answered at around 2pm and asked me the same questions as yesterday before transferring me to the"right dept" then subsequently cutting me off. - I feel like screaming. theres no one you can query anything with - I'm lost</p>
