Very Disappointed with the service

I had app**** for a loan that was "provisionally" approved. I have never came across a financial service provider with such horrible service. Financial service providers always pride themselves with how quick they are to get you your loan at their soonest convenience. Some even take just few hours to get you your loan because they understand that you are in need when you looking for a loan. It has been a whole month my loan has been "on validation". I have been calling every single day to get an update and all I get is I will get a call EVERY single day. A WHOLE MONTH, guys come on!!
